How to: Find resolve issues with your Power Automate flow (or Power Automate Desktop flow)
In this article it gives you som examples of how to solve your issues with running flows
Suggested actions
1. Ask Copilot for support with the error message you get
2. If your colleague can run the flow e.g. compare your flows and in details go to task manager and see what services are active. Then look into if running egde browser what policy is enables (see example below)
3. If you are exporting grahps from an excel sheet and the script is not working

Example Action 3 - with a scheduled Power Automate flow
User A has created and Power Automate flow that extracts trend graphs from different excel sheets. Script has worked , but now it fails
Resolution: Check if someone re-named the sheet and change back to old name (same as in your script) and run flow again.

Example Action 2 - with PAD
User A running Power Automate Desktop (PAD) use case with excel and D365, and runs ok with for another user B.
Checked the task manager and found out that user A did not have some services running.
Resolution: Added device to edge exception group, now user is able to access the power automate.
