All employees at Oatly receive Limited Membership. A Limited Membership means you can view and collaborate in a Mural, for example if someone invites you to one during a meeting, but you won’t be able to create Murals or Rooms or use other enhanced features. 

If you need to facilitate in Mural you need to be a Full Member. As a Full Member, you will be able to create board, rooms and use templates. As a facilitator you can use all super powers, such as voting and private mode. If you want to use Mural to collaborate with people outside Oatly, like customers, you will need to invite them via their email address to give them edit access. These guests will simply need to sign in or create a free account. If you forget to invite any external people via email, they will have read-only access to your board.
