Add new user
1. User applies via IT Portal to CI Hub.
2. The manager approves the ticket.
3. Admin Login to Reseller Portal
4. Click on My Subscriptions
5. Click on the cog
6. Click on Add and fill out the information.
Remove User
Login to the portal (Reseller Portal)
Go to My Subscriptions
Click on the cog and Manage Adobe Creative Cloud Licenses
Click Remove on the user
